Kaci Morgan Fisher 10/31/1989-2/20/2022. Kaci was such a beautiful person inside and out. She had such a sparkly personality and made her presence known wherever she went, and will be missed beyond measure. The family has set up a donation page to honor her and her love for her dog Navy Mae.
